Eltel Networks Has a New AED Defibrillator

Thanks to the support of PZU Życie SA we purchased an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

This is a state-of-the-art PHILIPS HeartStart FRx model with increased resistance to the conditions found on our construction sites. It guides first-aiders in a sudden cardiac arrest situation and the resuscitation process in an automated and clear manner - through directions and voice prompts. The purpose of the device is to restore a normal heart rhythm by administering an electrical pulse. When sudden cardiac arrest occurs, in conjunction with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the use of a defibrillator is the only way to save a life.

The purchase of an AED will help us to increase the level of safety on our construction sites, as it will significantly speed up the delivery of premedical first aid in the event of sudden cardiac arrest.
